Mining-Industrial Complex, what is that?
In Serra do Salitre, Galvani will count on a unit that will produce from ore to fertilizer ready for farmer's use. Thus, there will be a mining unit, responsible for extracting phosphate rock from soil and transforming it in raw material for fertilizer production. Industrial factories will be responsible for transforming this raw material into mineral fertilizer.

Quando a operação de CMISS estiver produzindo a 100% da sua capacidade, Serra do Salitre adicionará 1 MMT de fosfato à atual produção anual da EuroChem de 5 MMT.

A EuroChem é um dos principais produtores globais de fertilizantes de nitrogênio, fosfato e potássio. O Grupo está verticalmente integrado com atividades que abrangem a mineração até a produção, logística e distribuição de fertilizantes. A EuroChem iniciou a produção de potássio em seu site Usolskiy em 2018 e, desde então, aumentou a produção para a fase 1 com capacidade operacional de 2,3 MMT por ano. O Grupo continua a desenvolver um segundo projeto Greenfield em VolgaKaliy, na Rússia. Com sede em Zug, Suíça, o Grupo opera instalações de produção na Europa, Ásia e CIS, empregando mais de 27.000 pessoas.
